Service Delivery Policy

This policy explains how Noxa Solutions Limited (trading as BESTEN), Hong Kong Business Registration No. 81003540, delivers the services sold on besten.pro. We sell digital services only. Nothing is shipped and there are no delivery fees.
1. How services are delivered
All services are delivered online: by email, shared documents, video calls, and work carried out inside your own Meta and TikTok ad accounts. You keep full ownership of your accounts at all times.
2. What we need from you
After payment we contact you within one business day to request access to your ad accounts, pages and pixels, plus basic information about your business and goals. Delivery times start once we have this access.
3. Delivery times
- Ad Account Audit (USD 350): written report within 5 business days, followed by a 45-minute video call booked in the next week.
- Campaign Setup (USD 750): campaigns ready to launch within 7 business days, with a handover call.
- Monthly Management (USD 500 per month): management starts within 3 business days and runs for one month per payment, with weekly reports and a monthly strategy call.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays.
4. Confirmation of delivery
We confirm each delivery by email: the audit report, the campaign handover, or the monthly report. If you think something is missing, tell us within 7 days of the delivery email and we will complete it.
5. Delays
If we cannot deliver on time for a reason on our side, we tell you by email with a new date. If access or information from you is late, the delivery date moves by the same number of days.
6. Ad spend
Ad spend is paid by you directly to Meta or TikTok from your own ad account. It is not part of our price and we do not hold it.
