1. Who is responsible for your data

This website, besten.pro, is operated by Noxa Solutions Limited (trading as BESTEN), a company incorporated in Hong Kong (Business Registration No. 81003540), with its registered office at Unit 909, Prosperity Millennia Plaza, 663 King’s Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong. We handle personal data in line with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong.

2. What we collect

Information you give us: your name, company name, email address, phone number and any message you send through our contact form or by email.
Client account information: when you become a client, the business details, billing details and ad-account access needed to deliver our services.
Technical information: your IP address, browser type, device and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

3. How we use it

To answer your enquiries and send proposals you ask for.
To deliver our advertising management services, invoice them and keep business records.
To run, secure and improve this website.
To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Who we share it with
