1. Who we are
BESTEN (besten.pro) is a trading name of Noxa Solutions Limited, a private company limited by shares incorporated in Hong Kong (Business Registration No. 81003540). Registered office: Unit 909, Prosperity Millennia Plaza, 663 King’s Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong. Director: Ilyass El Alamy.
In these terms, “we”, “us” and “BESTEN” mean Noxa Solutions Limited. “Client” or “you” means the business that engages us.
2. Our services
We plan, set up, run and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok for business clients. Depending on the engagement, this can include account and pixel setup, audience research, campaign structure, ad creative testing, budget management, and performance reporting.
The exact scope, platforms, start date and monthly ad budget for each client are agreed in writing (by proposal, order form or email) before work begins. If those documents conflict with these terms, the written agreement for that client takes priority.

3. Fees
Our standard services and prices are listed on besten.pro. All prices are quoted and invoiced in US dollars (USD):
- Ad Account Audit: USD 350, one-time.
- Campaign Setup: USD 750, one-time.
- Monthly Management: USD 500 per month, covering up to USD 12,500 of monthly ad spend. Above that, the fee is 4% of the monthly ad spend.
Custom work is priced in writing before it starts.
Ad spend is the amount paid to Meta or TikTok for the ads themselves. It is separate from our fees and is paid by you directly to the platform from your own ad account and payment method. We do not hold or pay ad spend on your behalf.
One-time services and each month of management are paid in advance, at checkout or by invoice. Any fee above the monthly minimum is invoiced at the end of the month, based on the ad spend reported by the platform, and is due within 7 days of the invoice date.
4. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information about your business, products and target market.
- Give us the access we need to your ad accounts, pages, pixels and assets.
- Make sure your products, landing pages and ad content are legal and comply with the advertising policies of Meta and TikTok.
- Approve ad creatives and copy before they go live when we ask you to.
We do not run ads for products or services that are illegal or that the platforms prohibit.
5. Ownership of accounts and materials
You keep full ownership of your ad accounts, business pages, pixels, audiences and data. Creative materials we produce for you and that you have paid for belong to you. We may keep copies for our records and, with your permission only, show them as examples of our work.
6. Results
Advertising results depend on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, competition, your offer and your website. We commit to doing the work carefully and reporting honestly, but we do not guarantee specific sales, leads, returns or rankings.
7. Term and cancellation
Engagements run month to month unless agreed otherwise. Either side can end the engagement with 14 days’ written notice by email. You pay for services performed and ad spend incurred up to the end date. See our Refund Policy for refunds.
8. Confidentiality
We keep your business information, account access and results confidential and use them only to deliver our services to you.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to a client for any claim is limited to the management fees that client paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or decisions and actions taken by Meta, TikTok or other platforms (such as ad rejections or account restrictions).
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction over any dispute.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with its “last updated” date, applies.
